Efficient use of energy

We promote innovation and economically viable solutions to enable the machinery and systems to be efficient and environmentally friendly.

In our factories, we have installed biomass boilers running on cocoa shells to generate part of the steam required to heat cocoa beans in the industrial process. In our warehouses, we are installing more LED lighting to increase energy efficiency. We have also installed Solar Panels to increase the proportion of renewable energy we use to produce our cocoa products.

3Rs- Reuse, Reduce, Recycle

We are committed to reusing, reducing and recycling waste and water in our factories and offices to reduce our impact on the environment.

We have always been active in recycling initiatives and will continue to step up our recycling efforts to garner the active participation of all our employees.

We ensure that all our factories are equipped with a wastewater treatment and recycling system to reduce our water usage and ensure that wastewater meets regulatory standards before being discharged from our factories. We are planning to modernize our water facilities in our factories and offices by installing automatic water taps to promote water conservation among all our employees.
