Production Executive
Job Description
Monitor and prepare monthly production output, production yield to achieve production department objective
Work with production team to ensure timely delivery of product and achievable output
Continuous improvement in facility and process line.
Maintain production cost control program by analyze data to reduce wastage and down time.
Direct and coordinate the activities of production function to maximise output within defined quality levels.
Set up new cocoa processing line.
Develop SOP and provide training to subordinate.
Authority to manage and administrate production plant operation
Involve in External and Internal audit and product traceability
Ensure Execution of HALAL, GMP, HACCP and FSSC 22000
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
At least 2-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong knowledge in food safety quality system, experience in manufacturing and food process, familiar with production system and procedure is added advantage
